Human resources represent the most important strategy of the company. They are more valuable than any other competitive advantage, more then all key success factor and more than any strategy. People are an indispensable strategic resource for their knowledge and their ability to think, act and resolve conflicts. Therefore, in designing training plans must affect three categories that are necessary for an adequate training and job performance, that is what we call, in AREA 3, knowledge, skills and attitudes. No other resource replaces the contribution that this represents for the company, for the organization and for the strategy.
